Recognized as the physician who introduced endoscopic facial surgery to Turkey and credited with numerous techniques in the global literature, Prof. Dr. Erdem Tezel is a faculty member of the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. As the Data Controller, Prof. Dr. Erdem Tezel processes and protects the confidentiality of the personal data of visitors ("visitor") to the website operated at www.erdemtezel.com in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law").

This Website Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") sets out the processing of visitors' personal data, the cookie policy, and the website privacy principles.   • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you wish to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law, you may submit your request containing your explanations by filling out the application form available at www.erdemtezel.com and delivering a signed copy of the form, together with your identification documents, in person to the address Ümit Mah. 2494/2 Sok. No:6 Osmanağa Konakları Şişli/İstanbul, or by sending it via a notary. You are required to submit your requests regarding the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law to us first.

If the personal data subject submits their request regarding their rights to us in accordance with the procedure, the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In the event that the application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given to the application within the specified period, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date you learn of our response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date of application.

7. Entry into Force of the Policy

This Policy enters into force on the date it is published. In the event that the entire Policy or certain articles are renewed, the effective date of the Policy will be revised.
